—What does a home key holding and maintenance service consist of?

JP: When we talk about home maintenance, we refer to taking care of the state of a property in all its aspects. Not only do we cover cleaning or repair tasks of small damages, but we also do an important check-up and prevention task: for example, by periodically activating the electricity and water supplies in the property.

As for the custody of keys, it is a service that provides security to the owner, since it delegates access to your property to us if required by a third party (rental of a home, visit of a family member, accompaniment to a repair technician, etc.).

—What’s the difference between leaving the keys to a neighbor or hiring a custodial service with Karsan?

JP: The truth is that a lot. When we leave our keys to a neighbor in the community, we are assuming that this person will always be there for us, but that may not happen… The main difference is that Karsan guarantees full availability for the delivery and collection of your keys.

JP: Well, to begin with, there are few companies that are entirely dedicated to key custody. It is common to find real estate agencies that also offer this service to their clients, but they do not have the appropriate security protocols and offer of complementary services.
